The customer has the right to immediately exchange a product or book that contains printing or manufacturing defects within three days, and if the product or book is not available, the full amount paid will be refunded.
If the product is not available, the customer has the right to request a full refund of the product amount.
Late or Missing Refunds: –
The refunded amount may take some time.
If the refund is delayed in the customer’s account, you should first check your bank account and contact your bank, then contact us if the problem persists.
